Hi, I'm Alex — a Senior XR Experience Designer and Product Lead based in Frankfurt, Germany. For more than ten years I've worked at the intersection of design, technology and human experience, much of it as part of the team at NSYNK.
Meaningful innovation happens when technology serves people — not the other way around.
Throughout my career, I've helped create immersive experiences, digital products and emerging technologies for companies including Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, SAP and Viessmann. My background combines interaction design, user experience, product thinking and technology — I enjoy taking complex ideas and transforming them into experiences that feel intuitive, meaningful and human.
Over the years, I've worked closely with interdisciplinary teams, developers, designers, stakeholders and clients to bring ambitious ideas from concept to reality. Whether designing for screens, spatial environments or emerging platforms, my focus has always been the same: creating experiences that people genuinely connect with.
In recent years, a significant personal health challenge changed my perspective on work, technology and life itself. It encouraged me to slow down, rethink priorities and become increasingly interested in how humans learn, adapt and recover. This experience sparked a deep curiosity for neuroscience, cognition and the relationship between mind and body.
Today, these interests complement my professional background and continue to influence the questions I ask, the technologies I explore and the future I imagine. I remain passionate about design, innovation and emerging technologies — while also exploring how technology can contribute to human well-being, understanding and growth. Outside of work, I enjoy learning, exploring new ideas and connecting seemingly unrelated fields to discover new perspectives.
